Action Sports as part of cardio program, such as mountain bike, motocross, kayak, tactical shoot and sprint course, etc - Training can be a lot of fun :)

Realistic "medium intensity" gym programs, that are easy to sustain for decades of improved athletic body composition. Most fitness camps in Phuket are high intensity.

More Personalized coaching advice via smaller groups in gym sessions. We have 20 years of gym training and nutrition experience that we like to share with you.

Location in amazing Rawai & Nai Harn beach area near healthy restaurants, smoothie bars, nature view points and entertainment

Maximum Budget freedom since we are not including food, hotel and transport in our packages. We can recommend our favorite options, but you can tailor it to your preferences. 

Bonus: We even have an Action Sports Championship for those who are interested in competing - free of charge if you're on a multi-week stay.


Results & Body transformations

10 kg. weight loss without counting calories, following our moderate "cut diet" principles. Training 4-5 times per week, eating 4-5 times per day, only strict diet 6 days per week, enjoying high calorie food every Sunday.

Being Realistic  - Let's not over-do it but create a way that works for you long term and is as fun as possible.

Mindset - The difference between you, and the best version of you is in the mind. Mindset can be taught. The body will follow.

Adventure - Some parts of fitness can be boring, such as cardio. Why not make it an adventure? We like to have fun doing more than just fitness. Our Award winning Motocross training camp is a good example of that.

Passion  - We do it because we really love it. Fitness, nutrition and motocross has been a beloved hobby long before we started this. Some of our customers say that they sense this and it makes a difference. 
 
Balance -  If you train 4 hours per day, no day off, too low calories, you will burn out. We balance hard training with light training and nice relaxing and we recommend to eat extra nice high calorie food every Sunday :)
